Estimate loaded height, compare pallet sizes and prepare a build sheet. Save the order to pick up where you left off.
Example order — replace these values with your shipment.
1. Pallet limits
Height includes the base. Weight is cargo only; add pallet tare for a shipping quote. Up to 20 carton types, 200 cartons and 20 pallets per order.
2. Cartons
Paste from Excel / CSV
Six columns: name, length, width, height, weight, quantity. Use the selected units and decimal points. Imported cartons stay upright; review stacking limits afterwards.

Best of three geometric packing approaches per pallet, not a proven minimum. Checks 60% base support, upright and top-load limits; does not certify transport stability or carton strength. Pallet ratings must be confirmed.

3. Compare pallet sizes
Same order, height, payload and pallet-count limits. Compare complete plans first; a smaller partial result does not fit the order.

Profiles keep the footprint, base, height, payload and pallet limit on this device. Carton-specific strength and orientation stay with the order.
5. Warehouse feedback · Pallet 1
Record measurements for this plan, then save or download the order to keep them. These observations do not automatically change the algorithm. Changing order inputs clears actual measurements so they cannot be compared with a different plan.

The API uses cm and kg, regardless of the display units. The server check sends this order to DimPack3D. Orders are recalculated with the current engine.
Volume alone cannot predict a usable pallet arrangement. This tool places individual cartons, measures the highest carton, adds the pallet base, and repeats for remaining cartons up to your pallet limit.
Save or download your order, reopen it, change the quantities and compare footprints without retyping every carton. Print the placement sequence and record the height actually built.

Positions are measured from the pallet deck in the selected units. Build in step order, from lower supports upwards. Review handling and stability with the warehouse.
